Inside Sales Representative

We’re looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative who thrives on building relationships, closing opportunities, and delivering results.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating new business, expanding existing accounts, and driving consistent revenue growth through high-volume outbound engagement and strategic follow-up.

What You’ll Do

Drive Revenue Growth

  • Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and lead follow-up

  • Identify opportunities within existing accounts and re-engage inactive clients

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to consistently hit targets

Own the Sales Process

  • Conduct high-volume outreach (30–40+ calls/day) to prospects and customers

  • Qualify leads, understand client needs, and present tailored solutions

  • Follow up on quotes and close opportunities efficiently

Build Relationships That Convert

  • Develop strong relationships with healthcare providers and partners

  • Deliver exceptional customer experience and long-term account value

  • Address concerns and escalate issues when needed

Stay Organized & Data-Driven

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activity in CRM systems

  • Track pipeline performance and align with monthly and quarterly goals

  • Partner with leadership on strategy, training, and performance improvement

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in outbound or inside sales (high-volume environment preferred)

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills

  • Self-starter with a competitive, results-driven mindset

  • Ability to manage time, prioritize, and stay organized

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-based environment

  • Pharma or healthcare experience is a plus
