Warehouse Associate
(Full-Time)
Location: Kennett Square, PA

Reports To: Facility Manager
Role Overview
The Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in keeping Boothwyn Pharmacy running efficiently. This position is responsible for inventory control, organization, and logistics support to ensure materials are accurate, available, and compliant.

What You’ll Do
Maintain an Organized, Compliant Environment
Keep warehouse and storage areas clean, organized, and audit-ready
Ensure proper handling and storage of pharmaceutical and operational supplies
Own Inventory Accuracy
Manage inventory levels including pharmaceutical supplies, packaging, and materials
Track stock, update pricing, and process returns
Monitor and dispose of expired or unused products in compliance with guidelines
Support Daily Operations
Coordinate with pharmacy and operations teams on supply needs
Assist with packing, shipping, and order fulfillment
Handle occasional deliveries as needed
Drive Efficiency
Identify gaps, shortages, or inefficiencies and escalate appropriately
Support continuous improvement in inventory and logistics processes

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics preferred
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Technical Skills
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, lift, and move materials throughout the day
Capable of lifting to 40 lbs
Comfortable working in a warehouse and operational environment
